Do you supply the alcohol for events?

Buzz Hour operates as a dry bar service. Due to licensing and regulatory requirements, we do not supply alcohol. We provide everything else — bar equipment, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and professional bartending staff. You'll simply need to purchase your preferred spirits and wines ahead of the event, but don't worry, we will give a recommendation of the quantity needed.

We proudly serve all of Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, don't hesitate to reach out — we're happy to discuss options for your area.

Can you make cocktails not listed on your menu?

Absolutely. Our menu is a curated selection, but our bartenders are skilled at crafting a wide variety of cocktails. Simply let us know your preferences when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate any special requests.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Buzz Hour Bartending is fully licensed and insured. Proof of insurance and licensing documentation can be provided upon request, making it easy to satisfy any venue or event requirements.

Can your team serve non-cocktail beverages like beer and soft drinks?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In addition to crafted cocktails, our team can serve beer, soft drinks, water, and other beverages from our bar area. We can also pass drinks to guests upon request throughout your event.

What if our event runs longer than originally booked?

Accepted Answer

We understand events don't always stick to a schedule. If you'd like to extend your service time, additional hours will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Simply let your lead bartender know and we'll make arrangements on the spot.

Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?

Accepted Answer

We typically require a minimum of 3 days' notice to coordinate staffing and source materials for your event. That said, we encourage you to contact us for same-day or next-day inquiries — depending on availability, we may be able to make it work.

Do you supply your own bar setup?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We arrive with our own professional bar stand and complete setup. We're also happy to bartend from an existing bar area or any other location at your venue — we're flexible to fit your event's layout and preferences.
